Form Process Outsourcing acknowledges and agrees that all information concerning Client's data is "Confidential and Proprietary Information". Form Process Outsourcing undertakes that it will not permit the duplication and disclosure of any such Confidential and Proprietary information, pertaining to the Client, to any person other than to personnel who require such information for the performance of their obligations covered by under the scope of project.

We have taken measures to ensure data back-ups and security of our networks:-

• Firewall/VPN has been implemented for complete network inbound/ outbound security.
• The complete network is secured with anti-virus software implemented at the server and the client level.
• Backups are done daily with regular data restoration ensuring secured data availability.
• Backup/restoration log is maintained and backup media is changed periodically
